Remote Care Requirements

In addition to center enrollment in Remote Care, each individual audiologist planning to participate in Remote Care must have a valid myMED-EL account for access to Remote Care features.

Remote Care is only supported within MAESTRO 10 Cochlear Implant Fitting Software (or later versions).

I understand that my center's policies may require an extensive IT security review before installing MAESTRO 10.0 or enabling Remote Care. This review process may delay access to Remote Care. MED-EL is proud to have earned the stringent ISO/IEC 27001:2022 information security certification which covers MAESTRO 10 and Remote Care and may expedite the review in many cases. Proof of certification is included with the enrollment package to be delivered to the email indicated above.
